Innovative and versatile 206cc kit for all Vespa PX 125-150cc engines (kits will also be produced for the Vespa 2 transfer ports in the near future). Kit includes: cylinder kit, crankshaft & muffler; it does not require special mechanical processing such as boring or jointing of the casings.

The cylinder, without liner, is in Nikasil aluminum, 7 transfer ports, 66mm bore, 1mm 2-segment piston, concentric recessed head with 8 fixing studs (4 standard + 4 additional).
The crankshaft is a generous dedicated Pinasco , 60mm stroke and 127mm connecting rod, designed specifically for the kit and capable of absorbing stress in the best possible way, giving your Vespa unparalleled reliability and driving comfort. Roller cage included!
The muffler is the tried and tested Pinasco Touring, already used in the 251cc kit, able to perfectly match the large, recalculated thermal unit exhaust.
