The Pinasco 102cc SRV "Zuerino" Ø 55mm cylinder kit is a new product dedicated to the world of Vespa 50s in 43mm stroke.
Born on the basis of the famous 135cc Zuera, the 102cc SRV "Zuerino" has a transfer system very similar to that of its older brother, uses the same RD350 type reed valve and the same flow guide, mounts a single-ring piston with bi-conical pin, the new head with central spark plug with 8 studs with centering bushings which definitively eliminates the problem of drawing and consequent loss of performance with a compression ratio of 12.3: 1.
The Pinasco 102cc SRV is a copious engine created to make the most of the power at low revs, its exhaust port has been designed to work correctly with original exhausts and molded mufflers commonly called "bananas" but can also be used in more demanding preparations. .
It does not require special machining on the crankcase, it can be used with all crankshafts on the market including the originals, its installation allows you to also use the crankcase with the rotary valve damaged.
It is sold in 3 different models and can be configured using carburetors from the original 19-19 up to 30-30PHBH, to further increase performance it is possible to use the Pinasco 8X reed valve Art.26381351, the intake manifolds DO NOT require modifications to the frame.
